VISIT CFBC
It’s not easy visiting a new church for the first time. Do I belong here? Am I really welcome? Will the people be unfriendly, or too friendly? Will they ask me to speak? Will it be easy to leave if I don’t enjoy it? Will they ask me for money? Will my kids enjoy it? How should I dress? Am I welcome if I don’t believe?
For our Very Important Guests (VIPs)…
When you arrive at CFBC for 10am service, you’ll park in the parking lot, the main entrance is located on the front of the building. There are parking attendants and good signage to help you find your way.
At the entrance doors, there will be some friendly people (we call them “greeters”) to say hello, answer any questions you have, and direct you inside the building. When you enter the building you will be greeted by more friendly people (“ushers”) who will give you our lesson agenda for the service.
We want you to feel welcome and accepted for who you are.
Our style of music is contemporary…
We have a praise team that lead us in worship each Sunday. We sing contemporary songs but we also sing a traditional song or two to keep a blend of the old and new.
Our teaching is relevant…
We offer practical biblical teaching that deals with real everyday life. The message will be based on the Bible, and Pastor Bullard will often include interesting quotes from contemporary people, or the latest news stories.
We want your kids to have fun…
If you have kids (toddlers – 5th grade) the ushers can point you to The Garden. Your kids are safe and well cared for.
We offer a Youth Worship Service . It is a service designed for students (6th grade -12th grade) so they can connect with God in a way they can understand. Service is every Sunday at 10 am, except the 1st Sunday which is our family worship service.
Our service lasts about 2 hours
We want to worship together and encourage you to spend time with family and friends. The service usually begins with Praise & Worship followed by prayer. There maybe some type of artistic element such as dance to explore the theme of the day.
We’ll ask you to complete a guest registration form so Pastor Bullard can send you a thank you letter for visiting with us on Sunday. We usually have more music and then Pastor Bullard will speak for about 30 minutes. After Pastor Bullard completes his message, he invites people to make Christ their Lord.
Our worship service is our gift to you.
Thank you for your interest!
