Pastor Brian Bullard
Senior Pastor
Pastor Brian Bullard is a native of Chicago, Illinois and is a fiery preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He believes that his first and most important ministry is to his family and that The Lord’s church should be a family of spiritually healthy believers that are transformed and led by the Word of God.
Rev. Jermaine Oats
Assistant Pastor/Elder
To assist the Senior Pastor in shouldering and leading the church congregation and others into a growing/loving/dependent relationship with Jesus Christ; and overseeing the various ministries and outreaches of the church family. Helping the senior pastor in getting the work done efficiently and quickly.
Rev. LaVaughn Hill
Finance/Elder/Education
The mission, and overall purpose of the Christian Education Ministry of Union Baptist Church is to provide, and develop and promote programs that equip individuals for discipleship.
Rev. Marion Miller
Social Media Manager/Marketing
Min. Miller is responsible for running social media for church and associated ministries, across all platforms with goals for marketing growth and success, and oversee the production of content.
Rev. Wilson Butler
Bible Study Facilitator
Rev. Wilson Butler is to assist the overall purpose of the Bible study, which is a group collaboration. Therefore, he enables the group to work together collaboratively, sharing their resources and coming to some common plan for action.

Elder Jerry Dallas shall assist the Pastor in cultivating a constant spirit of harmony among the congregation members, and will by word and action encourage the Pastor in his work.

(Hospitality/Beautification Ministry)
Brenda Finnie and her team is dedicated to embracing everyone that crosses their threshold and build a loving community of believers. The team focus is to ensure God’s house is beautifully decorated as the season dictates. We also ensure that the interior of the church is inviting and worshipful for members, visitors and guests.
First Lady Kelli Bullard
(Women Ministry)
We are a community of women with a heart to serve. Our Ministry’s goal is to uplift, encourage, mentor and educate women to live out their purpose. We have opportunities for women to serve on our Sunshine, Rehab, Ruth and Deborah teams. We welcome all women to be part of this living arm of CFBC.

Here at CFBC our youth leaders empower kids to become their best self by allowing them to operate and work in their talents and abilities that God has given them. We believe God has given each individual their own talent and abilities. We love partnering with parents to help kids grow and develop a close and lasting relationship with God. Our kids are from ages 2-17 yrs of age. Our goal is to help kids further develop into the leader’s they are destined to be.

The mission of the Community Fellowship Food Pantry is to eliminate hunger and hardship in our community, through the distribution of food and personal care items. The pantry is maintained and operated by an all-volunteer staff. Our mission is based on a compassionate hand up, not a hand out as we respect the dignity of each individual we serve.

We will seek to strengthen the marriage covenant of the couples, by providing tools for conflict resolution with promoting a biblical view of love and unity focusing on purpose, respect and order in marriage.
